In 1993 a new star was born called Culinary Wizards . It was catering and Pizza shops , family owned business , operated in Ashtabula county . It grew from one location to several . Our main focus was giving good food at good prices with our saying " If we wouldn't eat it we won't serve it . Utilizing the trends of the day like Buffalo Wings and new types of pizza which today is called gourmet Pizza ' s . In 2005 we decided to zero in on the Pizza , Wing , and Sub business . So we changed the name to Luigi ' s pizza wings and more .
